1. About Simplee

Simplee is a platform that connects clients with independent professional cleaners in Larnaca, Cyprus. We facilitate bookings but are not a cleaning company ourselves — cleaners operate as independent contractors.

2. Bookings

When you book a cleaner through Simplee, you are entering into a service agreement directly with that cleaner. Simplee acts as an intermediary only. Prices displayed are set by each cleaner and shown in full before you confirm.

3. Payment

Payment is made directly to the cleaner in cash at the end of the appointment. Simplee does not process or hold payments.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the platform.

5. Conduct

All users — clients and cleaners — are expected to treat each other with respect. Simplee reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this principle.

6. Liability

Simplee is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during a cleaning appointment. Cleaners are responsible for their own work and conduct.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
