1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role (client or cleaner). Cleaners may also upload a profile photo and set service prices. Clients provide an address when booking.

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to operate the Simplee platform — to show cleaner profiles, facilitate bookings, and let you sign in. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Photos

Profile photos uploaded by cleaners are stored on Vercel Blob and are publicly accessible via URL so clients can see them on cleaner profiles. Do not upload photos you don't want to be public.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.

5. Data storage

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (EU region). We take reasonable precautions to keep it secure.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process requests within 30 days.
